RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Back Post pieces are made to order rather than mass produced, helping reduce waste while keeping releases limited and quality-focused. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

incorrect size selection
change of mind
accidental orders

Please check the sizing guide carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, don't worry - we’ll sort it. Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery with:

your order number
a photo of the issue
a short description

We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

DELIVERY

Because each piece is made to order, delivery can take a little longer than standard retail shipping. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Ordering from overseas? Shipping is often better value when shared — round up a few mates and place a group order where possible. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes and customs charges. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PRODUCT SIZING & CARE

Sizing charts are provided on each product page. All measurements are shown in centimetres (cm) and inches (in). Sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

All of our tees are relaxed fit, preshrunk, 100% cotton (220gsm). Wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry.
