Welcome to Back Post Studio.
These Terms cover your use of our website and any orders placed with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Please make sure any information you give us when ordering or creating an account is accurate and up to date.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to show every product as accurately as possible.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and because each piece is individually produced, minor variations in print placement, colour or garment finish can occur.
We may update, change or discontinue products at any time.
MADE TO ORDER
All Back Post pieces are made to order rather than mass produced.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
- accidental orders
Please check the sizing information carefully before ordering.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, get in touch and we'll sort it.
ORDERS
Once you place an order, we'll send you confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or we are unable to process payment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
As orders can enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency selected.
Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout where possible.
For international orders, local customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY
Because every piece is made to order, delivery can take a little longer than standard retail shipping.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
We cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, customs, strikes or extreme weather.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Back Post Studio branding, designs, artwork, photography, graphics and written content are owned by or licensed to us.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers and delivery partners.
We may also link to websites or services operated by other businesses. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
PRIVACY
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and other service providers may process certain information to provide checkout, payments, security and website functionality.
REVIEWS & CONTENT
If you send us a review, image, comment or other content for publication, you confirm that you have permission to share it.
You give us permission to use that content in connection with Back Post Studio, including on our website, social media and marketing.
Please don't submit anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or which infringes someone else's rights.
ERRORS
Occasionally there may be an error in a product description, price, promotion or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information where necessary.
If an error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you and either resolve it with you or issue a refund where appropriate.
PROHIBITED USE
You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, infringe our intellectual property, introduce malicious software, interfere with the security of the website or scrape/copy its content without permission.
We may restrict access where these Terms are breached.
LIABILITY
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Post Studio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
